 Fryer & Ross, established
as a sole propietorship by Founding Partner Gerald Ross in 1981, has been a partnership for the general practice
of law since October 1, 1985.
Although we have handled
virtually every type and kind of legal problem for our clients, we are best known for sophisticated litigation
and arbitration in the areas of insurance coverage, securities regulation, RICO, protection of high technology
intellectual property rights and partnership law, particularly as it relates to lawyers and their former law firms.
Gerald Ross and Hugh Fryer
began their careers in the mid-1960's at Dewey Ballantine, a leading New York law firm. Each brings over thirty
years experience at the bar to the practice.
